New York

Where Intelligence, Access and Execution Define the Advantage

New York brought together everything I had learned in Dubai and London, but within a market with its own distinct dynamics. It is sophisticated, highly competitive and deeply relationship-driven, particularly at the highest end, where access, timing and credibility can matter as much as what is publicly available.

I continue to represent the same type of international buyers, entrepreneurs, investors and private families I have worked with throughout my career, alongside clients already established in New York. Their requirements are rarely limited to finding a property. They are looking for the right asset, the right structure, trusted local intelligence and someone capable of navigating the entire acquisition with discretion.

At the upper end of the New York market, understanding value requires looking beyond price per square foot. A trophy townhouse, exceptional penthouse or rare residence has to be considered in the context of scarcity, provenance, privacy, architecture, location, future potential and the circumstances surrounding the opportunity. The ability to distinguish a rare asset from an expensive one is an important part of the judgment I bring to a search.

New York has also strengthened the ecosystem I began building in London. Today, it extends across real estate, law, tax, private banking, finance, insurance, architecture, design, art, property management and specialist advisory. The depth of that network allows me to assemble the right expertise around each client while remaining the consistent point of contact throughout the relationship.

For wealthy clients, privacy and access often go together. Some owners have no desire to publicly market an important property, just as some buyers have no desire to publicly disclose what they are seeking. Building trusted relationships with owners, brokers, attorneys, family offices, advisors and other gatekeepers is therefore an important part of my work.

My ambition in New York is to be a point of trust on both sides of that private market: someone who can be approached discreetly with an exceptional property, and someone a private client can trust with a confidential search.

That search does not necessarily stop at New York. For clients whose lives and investments cross borders, my perspective remains international. Whether the requirement is in New York, London, Dubai or begins with a conversation about where capital or family should be positioned next, the same principles apply: understand the client first, protect their interests, bring the right people to the table and maintain their confidence long after the transaction is complete.
